10 days in the Sonoran desert, day 3.

First off, I'm not a writer. I don't know how to spell or use proper punctuation. I suffer from a mild case of ADD so bear with me and try to piece my story together like a puzzle missing the corner pieces. I don't even know how to blog but was asked by a couple of people to give it a try so here goes.

This morning I'm siting in the middle of the Sonoran desert preparing for a 24 hour mountain bike race. I came a week early to clear my head and refocus on my riding and my health. This is day three for me and I'm slightly failing at both. I rode the race corse yesterday and realized I was in much better shape last year! I finished the day with a stop at Catalina  Brewing Company. This was hands down the most bike friendly brewery I've ever been to.  There motto was "we bike, we brew", how cool is that.

Today's plan is to get some mileage in before the rain hits. I'll admit that I'm kind of a fair weather rider. I'm here to enjoy myself, not suffer more than needed. I suffer enough peddling my heavy assume around.

Clydesdales need loving too!
